One smaller (2.5mm) jack for power, and the two mono 3.5mm jacks for audio. Don't plug your headphones into the smaller power jack. I did this and it shorted out one driver (I used a 2.5mm adapter). As mentioned above, you'll need an adapter to get two mono signals from your stereo plug. The signal quality is not very clean.
