I agree with wmcclain. If you only want to change the audio format, I suggest you extract the audio from MKV file to MP3 format, then using video editor(windows movie maker) to add the converted audio to specified mkv file. Before adding the audio, you had better delete the audio file of the mkv video. I'm not sure if this is what you really want. It's just a suggestion. …
