Export the 25 fps timeline to let´s say Apple ProRes or GoPro CineForm as 25 fps. Import that file, right click on it and choose Modify > Interpret Footage and set Assume Frame Rate to 24 and click OK. Now, place the file on a 24 fps timeline. This will get you all frames, all motion will look good.

If you demux the 25fps audio and load it into BeSweet GUI, you can stretch it to 24.000 ('Change frame rate') or 23.976 (Presets) The interface is odd, but you: 1 select the input file (it assumes the same path for output). 2 choose 'Change frame rate' or the Presets. 3 the output format 4 click ac3 to ac3 Then mux it back with the video.

According to director requirements, I delivered music for a film (DVD) at 48k, 16bit and 25fps. Now, it seems that they found sponsor and potential theatre distribution and they would do the final mix in a 5.1 studio, which requires 24fps. They can convert quite ok FX and dialogues, but I can hear the difference with the "converted" music.

On page 106 of the audio plug ins guide in your documentation folder, there is a table showing you. post production pull up / down tasks, frame rates etc . . I think you need the "film to PAL" preset. .
