We can see that Chromes sees the HTML audio element (since it can get the value). If I do audio_element.currentTime = 10; it still does not work ( in Chrome, Firefox loyally restarts at 10).. apsillers Your code works perfectly when I tested it with with an Ogg file from Wikipedia..

In order to make a player by audio itself, we need to use the current Time attribute of audio tag to control the playback progress. But this property is valid under FireFox and ie11, but it is under chrome that the settings are invalid. Do you know why? The code is as follows:
