This came to light when I received a call at Location C from Location B and got the ring but no audio. This was on an Avaya soft phone. Calls from Location A and another location (different kind of VPN back to the ASA in Location A) work fine. As I understand it, point-to-point traffic is necessary for the audio on VOIP to work, at least for Avaya.
