The cp 35 has a FL display that has been known to cause problems (I just fixed mine), but works flawlessly regardless. The DR5 has a bias adjustment, so matching to another amp is a bit better. Both are balanced, extremely quiet and musical, with the cp35 being a touch more dry than the fuller DR5. Nuck. Platinum Member.
