Inside it looks more like a lab (i mean, it is a lab). You have to take your shoes off at the entrance which is quite funny It's like wine tasting, but with chocolate, it's the best I can say.

Had a fantastic visit with Claudio. He is so interesting and passionate about his subject. We tried the same chocolate four times at one point to get our taste buds working - and it's true the taste on the fourth time was different to the first.
