In case you haven't find a solution yet. Try this, disable your antivirus (all of them if you have many), uninstall any sound related program (I had VLC media player), restart your computer...after rebooting the system will find your sound hardware and install the driver automatically. You may enable your antivirus again.

From what the device manager is saying it looks like either the correct drivers aren't loading or the wrong drivers were installed. Go back into the device manager and remove everything under sound, video and game controllers with the exception of the video related entries.-Turn off the computer and unplug the power cord.
