first I went to device manager and uninstalled the Conexant 221 device (and ticked the delete driver box).... then.... went to "all settings"....then "update & security"...then click on "recovery", then click on the advanced startup... Click restart.....then select the number 7 key which restarts the computer allowing all unsigned drivers....
