Go to File option in the top menu bar and click on Save Session Copy while checking the box Copy All Audio Files. A new session folder is created in the new location that will contain the copy of the session document and it will contain a folder containing all the Audio files used by the project.

If I copy audio from one project to another then the media does not get copied to the current project, which is quite dangerous. I have to remind myself to resave the project with a new name with a new folder then all the media gets copied. There should be some kind of action to do this or an option to even copy media from project to project.
