Found the PSU would cause a little whine on my old Exposure, but this could be avoided by putting it far away and rotating it - at certain angles the whine dropped right off.

· Hum, I have the OBH-8 as well and to me it was a huge step above most internal stages. Granted, it is probably similar to the internal stages found on equipment made by Creek (their preamps and integrated amps) and Nad, but I've mostly been very happy with the phono stage. It does smoke stages found on mass market receivers.
