Sound in the rest of the game is fine. Come of the cutscenes are rendered in the engine itself, so if your only getting 24fps, that would cause an issue as that is not very good, it maybe fast enough to play the game, but its probably knocking the syncing off when view a cutscene, hence the stuttering.
