I Get the same problem but i fix it! 1-Go to your sound propriety. 2-Click on the speakers 3-Go to advanced and select 16 bit 44100 hz CD Quality or 16 bit 32000 hz FM Radio Quality It worked for me Yup i had the same issue before and tweaking these sound settings fixed for me.
