You can do it the old fashion way by decompiling the vpk, to do this: Go to yoursteamlibraryfolder\steamapps\common\dayofinfamy\bin and drag doi_sound_dir.vpk into vpk.exe, once the process has finished, a decompiled folder should appear at where the .vpk file is located.
