I have the same problem, in device manager the Dazzle DVC100 Audio device is showing no issue, Running any video capture software it does not the option to use Dazzle DVC100 Audio. Where as the video is fine. It used to work on Win8. I have tried removing the driver and reinstalling use compat mode, stil no joy.

Dazzle DVC100 audio not working I know a lot of questions are like this but I have a real problem. I recently plugged in a Dazzle DVC100 into Windows Movie Maker. My Dazzle DVC100 always work fine with Windows 7/8/10 =<1909 until I installed 2004 and also get Inserted Frames with choppy videoplayback and distorted audio. I have noticed in device-manager, the audio device of the dazzle is reported as "Dazzle DVC100 Audio Device" (2004/20H2), but in =<1909 as "DVC100" with the same latest driver 1.08.

The funny thing is, though, that at some point I'm pretty sure that Dazzle DVC100 Audio did in fact appear under the options and I have no clue why it stopped doing so. As for hooking the audio from my console to the line-in on the sound card, that's what I currently do as part of my streaming set-up.

Someone else having sound problems with a DVC-100, geez. Well, I've scoured the internet high & low and couldn't find a working fix and I'm starting to wonder if my Dazzle isn't simply dead. I tried installing the official drivers from the Pinnacle website (Windows 10 btw) and older drivers found somewhere on this sub.
