Sound settings: the standard Debian sound settings don't show the HDMI output, even when the cable is plugged and the image is on the TV. pavucontrol does not show it either (only built in option available). I have pulseaudio installed of course. Alsamixer shows 6 S/PDIF cannals for the GPU, all unmuted.

Nvidia Driver Version: 319.76 Alsa version: Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version k3.12-1-amd64. I tried a lot of different things, messed up an install already but no luck with the sound. Otherwise sound is working fine on the computer speaker. I looked at aslamixer, unmuted S/PDIF but still sound so no sure where to go from here.
