I have tried on another computer with a Blackmagic DeckLink 8K Pro, w10, NVIDIA RTX A4000 and I have the same problem. It is an audio delay of a second or less but very annoying. But from experience I have never known a DeckLink card to introduce an audio delay itself. Chances are the delay is being introduced either before or after the card. The nature of the delay can give you at least an indication of where the delay is occurring.

However 10fps divergence seems like a lot, and your experience with ganging suggests a single adjustment might not work in your case. Top.

Currently using a Blackmagic Decklink 4K Extreme and two Blackmagic Intensity Pro cards. Audio is via the DeckLink's balanced XLR inputs. When OBS is first run up, there is a noticeable audio delay (visible on the audio meters). Attempting to record any output at this stage results in a huge desynchronisation between video and audio.

We have a problem of getting audio from Vmix through Decklink Duo card. Card is working. I was able to capture and play recorded video and audio from any 2 outputs of this card using BlackMagic utility. I can hear sound from PC speakers. All audio levels are showing good audio level from Decklink 1 capturing, master level, Decklink 2 out.
