We have a problem of getting audio from Vmix through Decklink Duo card. Card is working. I was able to capture and play recorded video and audio from any 2 outputs of this card using BlackMagic utility. I can hear sound from PC speakers. All audio levels are showing good audio level from Decklink 1 capturing, master level, Decklink 2 out.

I don't want my sound to go through the decklink only.. I like it on my pig, so I just installed the card to 'play' video out of the SDI output. Oddly, I do get sound to the video (SDI) monitor but I don't depend on it and the volume is low on it. Most of my sound comes out of speakers hooked up to the pig. I don't use the card to 'capture'.

This audio mixer works for me only on the Decklink 4K SDI, however in this thread it is contradicted by BMD support that the 4K models do not have this support, although its working fine. Except the DUO2 which does only pass-through audio from SDI in, and not mix with the muted audio from the CasparCG keyer feed.
