I am also having issues with the DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K, delivering distorted audio to Zoom. OBS Studio is working fine, but audio in Zoom is very distorted and seems to have an "echo". We've recently bought a Livestream HD550-4K Studio box which has 5 x BM DeckLink mini recorder input cards. We are getting distortion on embedded audio on all of the inputs - this usually starts within 30 mins of connecting (it's initially clean), sometimes it sorts itself out after an hour or two.

First remove the separate audio input device in OBS and right click on the Video Input and click properties. Click the Use custom audio device to hear the distorted audio. It should look like this. Issue - after streaming & recording for about 50 minutes, a clicking noise starts, it's constant like a ticking clock and not tied to a voice or music in the audio input. This ticking goes for 5-10 minutes then the audio distorts loudly for about 30 seconds and an echo/delay starts too.
