This goes out to all 2408wfp owners. basically ive got xbox 360 and a blu ray player both of which i want to run at 1080p and as you guys know output the audio to a single set of speakers via the audio out port on the monitor. Unfortunatley for some dumbass reason dell decided to go for only one hdmi port and 'Display port'.

posted 2008-Sep-6, 9:04 am AEST. O.P. I just received a Dell 2408WFP 24" monitor with the latest firmware (the sharpness has increments of 10) but I cannot get the HDMI to work from my computer. When I plug the HDMI from my computer in the monitor just comes up with "Entering power saving" and indicates there is no signal coming from the computer.
