Re: Audio Problems Dell Dimension 2400 Tks for the reply. The system is running SP3. I just changed speakers and the audio is actually working now. What I was using for speakers before was integrated into the monitor. It was kind of strange because at first the monitor speakers were working and playing Windows audio sounds, then they just quite working.

Re: No sound on Dell Dimension 2400/solution its very simple but a lil tricky. once the driver is installed go to control panel then "sounds and audio devices" then "audio". now use the drop down arrows and select soundmax on both playback and recording......then u r good to go. for some reason after installin the driver it doesnt make the soundcard default. :wave:
