Also own a Denon 2-Channel stereo receiver (DRA-800H) with an mp3 "Restorer" function. The possible settings on that unit are Off, Low, Medium, and High. While I agree digital processing usually sucks ass and is definitely left best off, in this particular case I do find this function to be helpful in a practical sense.
