You run sudo mdutil -t 235288 to determine the file that's being denied. What does the -t flag/option mean? Looking it up via man mdutil in the terminal, it does't exist. Ask Apple. They're responsible for the manpages. Run it and see what happens. I hope someone can clear the air for me with perhaps a way to fix it. That's all I know.
