You can fit 3rd party graphics cards, nVidia 6600 or ATI Radeon 9550 or better to get some performance back. Sound on your motherboard is Sigmatel, and I don't think that Windows 7 is supported at all. From what I have seen, running Vista drivers in compatibility mode doesn't work either. You would probably have to buy a 3rd party sound card.
