In theory there's no reason you shouldn't be able to use the Digi Core Audio drivers with Logic 9, and a few rare people do so successfully, but there's a HUUUUGE history of issues and instability with those drivers. I would strongly consider more robust choices such as MOTU, Presonus, RME, Metric Halo, Apogee etc.... David Nahmani

If the 002 can connect to Apple's Core Audio then Logic can use it. I'm almost positive Digidesign created Core Audio drivers for the 002, but I'm not sure whether the driver's are compatible with newer Mac operating systems. Go to Digi's website and look for the most recent Core Audio driver's for the Digi audio interface series.
