This has now resolved lip sync however after a period of time it starts to occasionally cause audio dropouts, I have since changed the digital sound out on the tv from auto to PCM which fixes this. However this means I loose the digital input to soundbar so at best the DOLBY Prologic as opposed to Dolby digital or dts as before.
