RE: diode upgrades, posted on June 2, 2008 at 08:58:04 You could make it easier and cheaper by using UF series diodes rather than the Cree types which are far more expensive with poor availability . No idea about the zener diodes , these cannot be replaced by Cree schottky's as per the other reply .
