No audio/video data packets received from server". I can't play any recordings on my playlist. I already tried rebooting by pressing the red button and unplugging the box, but that didn't help. Anyone know what the problem is? My model is H24-200 btw. Reset all of the DVRs and Receivers using the red button. That worked.

no thats how it is set up. sine the dish is on the roof and not easy to get to i am guessing that there is a splitter at the dish to give me 2 lines out. i had an old dish network dish in the same spot as the new direct TV dish and the installer used the existing wires from the old set up rather than running new wires around the house.
