I need to drop a replacment sub in my set-up but wont have the cash for a MAX untill later. I read the reviews for the RSD and it sounds like a great choice but I can also get either the ID or IDQ for a similar price. With the single voice coil and at only 4ohm I am worried that the RSD wont hit like the dual voice of the ID or IDQ would at 2 ohms.

The ID's are a bit shallower, but are just as beefy, weight-wise as the Anarchy's. I think that either the ID's or the Anarchy's would be a very good choice for the bottom end of a 3-way, and I think that I would be hard pressed to differentiate between the two in a double blind test while listening to normal music output from the full system.

I ran ID's q450.4 for awhile mated to their cxs62's and coming from an MS-8. Loved it. No noise, clean power and very good quality. A lot like the JL hd amps in sound, although I'm not one that will tell you amp A sounds SO MUCH better than amp B. If it's quality, that's all that matters. More power for dynamics is more important to me.

After doing the Forscan adjustments and some minor wiring, you can have a nice clean signal from the head unit with all functions intact and no additional hardware needed. No Cleansweep, 3 sixty, or PAC adapter needed. Once you have the clean line out signals, you can then run your own amps and speakers as desired.
