OK, The signal chain should be like this: KiwiSDR->virtual cable input(via OS sound device setting)-> virtual cable output (via DreaM signal input device select menu)-> Dream output device ( via DreaM audio ouput device select menu and must NOT be identical with that of the input, otherwise in/output would interfere with each other).

Using test DRM files that worked with version 2.2-svn1021, I get an annoying flutter (constant, a few Hz) in the decoded audio. Is this caused by libfaad2 v2.8? The repository offers no other version of this library.

If you hear no audio when decoding, check that you have placed faad2_drm.dll into the DREAM folder correctly. DRM is a digital signal, so it will either work and play audio or it will not work at all. Poor reception may cause the audio to constantly drop out.
