I have the same problem, in device manager the Dazzle DVC100 Audio device is showing no issue, Running any video capture software it does not the option to use Dazzle DVC100 Audio. Where as the video is fine. It used to work on Win8. I have tried removing the driver and reinstalling use compat mode, stil no joy.

I recently plugged in a Dazzle DVC100 into Windows Movie Maker. I'm recording a Wii U with it, and it records the video just fine. But there are two problems- It won't detect the game audio, so I have to put it through a speaker right next to it. It says my other audio device is "line in- not working".

This fix involves using Pinnacle software to unlock the Dazzle's audio decoder, but in order for it to work the Dazzle DVC100 Audio device must be seen by whatever capture/stream program you're running (on top of making sure the Pinnacle capture software is installed, apparently it's good for something after all).

My Dazzle DVC100 always work fine with Windows 7/8/10 =<1909 until I installed 2004 and also get Inserted Frames with choppy videoplayback and distorted audio. I have noticed in device-manager, the audio device of the dazzle is reported as "Dazzle DVC100 Audio Device" (2004/20H2), but in =<1909 as "DVC100" with the same latest driver 1.08.
