I don't know anything about Burn but Wikipedia has a DVD Audio page about the formats supported by DVD-audio. DVD-Audio needs to be LPCM or MLP, with 1-6 channels , 16-24 bits, and 44.1kHz to 192kHz. WAV files are LPCM, so as long as Burn creates the proper file structure in the AUDIO_TS folder, etc., you should be able to feed-in WAV files.
