I agree that if that's possible, it's worth a try. In this case, however, I'm guessing that the discs were just manufactured improperly. Netflix probably paid to purchase discs with just the program audio and not the alternate audio tracks, but what they got instead for this specific disc was the commentary track and not the main audio.
