There seems to be a lot of negative feedback about the bm6a mk2's! but i havent heard bad things about the 5a's mk2! I actually got a pair of bm5a's mk2 about a month ago! i heard the mk1 at the store and got them to order me the mk2's. unfortunatly when i wanted to test both side by side, they had sold the last pair of mk1's. so its hard to say how different they sound.
