I didn't vote because they are both so very similar,and quite honestly either would probably work. They both model fairly well for an IB setup if your going into doors. The both cover about the same frequency range. There's just a few trade offs with each driver. One thing to consider is that the Morel is an 8 ohm driver and the Dyn's are 4 ohm.

If you simulate a Dynaudio or Morel driver in a bass reflex box (which is what their finished loudspeakers are), they run out of excursion at below 20W. I listened to the Morel Octave Speakers, and at moderate levels (moderate is not an exaggeration) thy seemed to be close to Xmax, if not beyond.

Morel and Dynaudio My understanding is that Morel is (was) doing sub-contract assembly for Dynaudio. Note how several drivers seem to share similarity. I'm upgrading my 30 year old Audionics TL90 transmission line speakers after blowing a (peerless) tweeter. I have ordered Dynaudio D28-2 tweeters. (should be here in a week or so).

Love the Brax drivers as well. I have owned the F#1 "scans" and also owned the scan directs and I found noticable differences as well. (loved that set, also loved them as a two way active set I bought two sets from Tweeter for $800 each when they were getting rid of them and closing My brother inlaw still has one of the sets. I parted mine out like an idiot!
