The red/white RCA cables are the audio (left/right). The yellow RCA is the composite video input. So, assuming the device is outputting audio, I'd suspect a configuration issue or a faulty EasyCap. If the audio cable goes in to the easycap rather than a soundcard then there is no audio source. But this could be a hardware/driver/OS issue. I read another topic some time ago of a member who was trying to use the mic in socket for audio capture simply because he could not capture audio with the cable plugged in to easycap.
