Just select Do not resync between audio and video streams in the Resync Mode section. Also make sure that Correct video timing for fewer frame drops/inserts is not selected. So with the folowing settings I am able to get EasyCAP to record in sync: Video Compression Xvid using Xvid HD 1080 profile Single Pass Target Quantizer 1.00 for quality

The red/white RCA cables are the audio (left/right). The yellow RCA is the composite video input. So, assuming the device is outputting audio, I'd suspect a configuration issue or a faulty EasyCap. Part of the EasyCap setup should have been to configure the audio, or at least I would expect it to be.

I have a EasyCap USB 2.0 video adapter and have installed the software but the video driver does not load. When I look at the device in device manager I can see that the audio drivers have installed but the video driver has the following message "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)".
