Capture Device EasyCAP RCA to USB VirtualDub 1.9.11 I am capturing TV using the latest Xvid Mpeg4 Codec and Lame MP3 codec but I can not get my capture in sync. Audio is always lagging. I tried doing the direct stream copy video and audio with an audio delay and that fixed my sync issue at the beginning of the file but it drifted again later.

I am attempting to capture old S-VHS tapes and can't get past the audio drift - audio in sync in the beginning but out of sync at the end, and completed audio and video tracks different lengths. JimE. The red/white RCA cables are the audio (left/right). The yellow RCA is the composite video input. So, assuming the device is outputting audio, I'd suspect a configuration issue or a faulty EasyCap. Part of the EasyCap setup should have been to configure the audio, or at least I would expect it to be.
