Reboot. Enter BIOS and enable onboard audio. Install Sigmatel audio drivers. If that doesn't work and you still have a yellow caution mark in Device Manager than sometimes it requires re-installing the chipset drivers (then re-install audio drivers) to get this to work. I had a computer once that I had to do that on every time Windows updated.

Check BIOS settings for Audio, If on board is used, you must acquire drivers for the on board audio. Check Device manager for status of sound chip, you could try updating the sound devices right click on device and select update, if that fails you may have to go to the mfg., of the E-machine for the drivers.
