In order to embed multiple audio channels into the HD-SDI signal output from your Blackmagic Video Switcher you can use the Mini Converter "Audio to SDI 4k". SDI video signals have room for 16 audio channels in the original specification and recording in ProRes you can record all 16 if needed. Put 4 channels into your SDI video signal recording:

We run x amount of wireless mics into our Yamaha CL1 mixing console. The sound from the mixing console is then sent via AES to BlackMagic Audio to SDI embedder and then into an SDI input on the Atem. When doing this, the sound is exactly 5 frames ahead of the video.

Select SDI 1 as Video input, then select Embedded 2 (SDI 2) as audio input. Can't think of any other products from the top of my mind that can shuffle audio from 2 SDI sources.. With blackmagic products you could take an embedder and a deembedder. Take the audio SDI feed you want, throw it in the deembedder. Go AES out to the embedder.
