No Audio From Source I'm a newby, I'm having the same problem. I have a clip from a Sony AX2000E. The sound is there when I play the original .MTS file with different media players, even Premiere CC plays the sound, and I get no sound when I want to encode it with Media Encoder CC or CS6.

However the bug issue seems to be that if the speakers are silent, it doesn't pick up any audio from the mic if the speakers are selected in the audio settings fo Encoder 3. So if I just want to capture my voice with an application that plays no audio, then deselecting the speakers works around the issue. I hope this helps... Ron
