WaveStream PCMStream = WaveFormatConversionStream.CreatePcmStream (reader); to convert this muLaw to PCM. This is failing with the attached error. I have tried converting directly using LameMP3FileWriter but this too fails telling me that the "muLaw format cannot be converted to MP3.
