If you want to use metadata in.wav, you can use Media Monkey to fill in the data fields manually after ripping with EAC.

When I rip a CD using Exact Audio Copy, I only get .WAV files instead of .FLAC files. I'm following these instructions and settings exactly, but I only ever get .WAV files. This has only started happening recently; I successfully ripped .FLAC files about a month ago. Nothing has changed that I'm aware of.
