As I recall, there is an issue with the order of operations for connecting the EZCap, installing the drivers from the disc, and updating those driver from an online source. I wish I could remember or locate the details, and I'll look around a bit but I want to get this posted now and hopefully draw some eyes to this post in the meantime.

The red/white RCA cables are the audio (left/right). The yellow RCA is the composite video input. So, assuming the device is outputting audio, I'd suspect a configuration issue or a faulty EasyCap. Part of the EasyCap setup should have been to configure the audio, or at least I would expect it to be.

How I fixed it: 1) Installed drivers without the device installed. After a quick reset I plugged in the EasyCap to my PC and it installed normally. 2) Open up OBS and made sure no other program was using the EasyCap. (If something is running it, just close the program that's using the cap card and restart OBS)
