Recently I moved from Vista to Win7 (fresh install). I am using the 190.15 drivers for x64, however when I play Fallout 3 now I get this horrible freezing that happens when I look around too fast, it freezes for a second and then goes away. I have tried reinstalling Fallout 3, clearing out all old files, tried with various patch levels, etc.
