Everything is in sync on timeline. it looks and sounds great. When I export - the audio is way out of sync on the exported movie. All the answers I see in threads are a lot of BS about frame rates, sample rates. etc. The thing is, if the movie is in sync in the timeline in FCPX - it should export the way it plays in the timeline. PERIOD.

However, when I export the video, it is out of sync by 1 or 2 frames. It's minor but noticeable when it's supposed to cut exactly on the beat.

Final Cut Pro: If you are experiencing an audio delay or if the audio appears to be out of sync do not immediately assume that the clips in your sequence are out of sync. What I've been having to do is export using Linear PCM uncompressed, then put that exported file back into FCP, detach the Audio of it, drag that detached audio to my main file, drag the audio 1.25 to the right, then do a normal Share -> Apple devices 1080p export, to finally get a file (with AAC audio) that's in sync.
