I've installed ATI drivers, I've removed Pulse Audio, I've installed Opera and different versions of Firefox. No matter what I've tried, the problem persists. I have audio stutters from everything, not just Flash. For me, it's caused by this: module-alsa-sink.c: ALSA woke us up to write new data to the device, but there was actually nothing to write! Most likely this is an ALSA driver bug. Please report this issue to the PulseAudio developers. (yes, I've reported the bug)
