So basically what I need: Force Windows 10 to decode Dolby Digital+ from the Netflix app, Equalizer APO equalizes the decoded signal, and the PC outputs the equalized/decoded signal as 5.1 PCM audio over HDMI to my receiver. Can I force Windows 10 to output 5.1 PCM to my receiver? I'm using the netflix app because it's the only way to get 5.1 on pc and it does indeed output 5.1 dolby digital to my receiver via bitstream. I'm also using Equalizer APO, which cannot modify any encoded DD signals.
