I'm having the same problem with the 6 disc CD player in my 2008 F-150 Lariat. I used a business card to remove the CD's. The system was lifting the CD but, not ejecting them. I just watched through the slot and when I saw the CD being lifted, I slid the business card in underneath the CD and it was ejected.

While it is not recommended to remove a stuck CD, as the Repair Shop will return the CD, I use a 7 inch, thin wire with a 45 degree small hook on one end, inserted into the middle of the slot sideways apprx 3 - 3 1/2 inches, until the hook is in the center of the CD. Then I turn the hook down & "carefully" slide the CD out.
