Ford only sells this bracket in combination with the subwoofer and enclosure (i.e. $$$$) and it seems that everyone that is selling a sub/amp is keeping the bracket - I would be willing to buy another sub/amp from someone if they included the bracket. I know someone, somewhere has removed this sub/amp from their Focus and doesn't need the bracket.
